2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
- No Annual Fee. Our warranty is part of your product purchase. Having to pay for a warranty makes no sense to us.
- Protection against defect in material and workmanship. If it’s not damaged, it’s covered.
- 2-Day Turnaround for warranty processing. You deserve a prompt evaluation of any warranty claim. And prompt shipment of a replacement sensor.
- No Shipping Charges. Why should you have to pay for shipping? XDR provides a Fed Ex shipping label for your return, and takes care of sending you the replacement if necessary.
For When Accidents Happen
- Hardware Replacement Plan available at purchase time. Perfect for individual practices where a single sensor accident can impact production. This plan spreads risk across other participating practices.
- No Annual Fee. A one-time cost provides coverage for 5 years.
- Overnight Loaners. One phone call and a loaner is on its way via Fed Ex.
- No Shipping Charges. On shipment of loaners and replacements.
