Per incident support rates are available starting at $150 for practices not participating in our support plan. This provides you with up to one hour of technical support with one of our technicians. Additional time can be purchased in 30 minute increments for $75 by calling XDR customer support at 888-937-9729. This fee is per incident and any time remaining from an incident is not transferable to subsequent calls.
Upon receipt of payment for hourly support, a ticket will be created for a technician to contact you. Please make sure you indicate at checkout the phone number we should use to contact you. If you have not already called customer support also include a brief description of the support request. If you have already called customer support, we have documented your request and there is no need to indicate a description at check out.
