I have been an XDR user for 9 years. They have proved to produce a very nice image at an affordable price. What I like most is that in some cases the cord is replaceable by XDR for a reasonable price. This can give a sensor a longer usable lifespan versus having to replace the sensor. Technical support is always swift and they do a nice job keeping me up and running.

We are a non-profit ministry that provides free dental and medical care to the under served and remote areas of Guatemala.
XDR’s Sensors allow us to provide a very high level of dental care for our patients regardless of location as they are portable, easy to use and of the highest quality. The software is simple to use, does an excellent job without being cumbersome or complicated and is for the most part trouble-free.
The customer service and training provided by XDR is responsive and comprehensive. Their bi-lingual trainer was a game-changer for our medical team as we were able to quickly get the sensors and software up and running and into field service.

Been using XDR for about 6 years. I did not think I liked them much, and then I bought a gendex sensor…..JESUS do I ever prefer the XDR. More affordable and much better software.

XDR imaging has been amazing! From help deciding how many sensors and workstations we need to seamlessly integrating into our practice management software and also with our PAN machine. Our team quickly adapted to the software and the support has been fantastic. 5 stars from our team!
